If You Can't Do Without It
You say you can't do without it,
It's part of your every move.
You'd sacrifice all just to have it,
Including the woman you love.
It's been your constant companion,
Throughout most of your life,
You use it for solace and comfort,
Instead of your all-loving wife.
It drives away people who love you,
But you don't much seem to care,
One day you'll find this house empty,
Then you won't have to share.
You and your cherished compadre,
Can have all the time you desire.
But one day I promise you, darling,
You'll wake with your ass set afire.
